Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Order will not be shipped during the following US national holidays:

Returns
Items must be in new conditions, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties that apply. Return must be requested within 30 day of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the cost of shipping on any returns that are a result of our error (incorrect or defective items).
To request a return send an email with your order number and details about the product would like to return to customerservice@expressivelyme.com. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Your return will be process as soon as we receive your item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for your return to post to your bank account.
